Native support for industry standard formats means you can start working right away with uncompressed and file-based media including 10-bit 4:4:4, MXF, RED® files, Avid DNxHD® media and Apple® QuickTime® files. In Smoke you can edit your projects from scratch or conform from Final Cut Pro® or Media Composer® software using EDL, AAF or XML files to finish multi-layer timelines linked to native media sources.
