Hi mars,

There’s some example scenes that ship with MotionBuilder that have relation constraints setup with Devices. From memory, there are a couple that use Mouse/keyboard setup with constraints to control Camera that you can look at.

With relational constraints- you can set these up to drive most elements in MotionBuilder that can be used as receiver box. A receiver is normally an object or element in the scene(for example, a camera or object in scene) For controlling elements in the UI through keyboard device and constraints- I don’t think that is possible. For switching active Camera in scene, you can already do this with Ctrl+E shortcut which will toggle through the camera’s in scene- you can modify the keyboard shortcuts manually by editing the .txt files installed here:-

Windows XP-
C:\Program Files\Autodesk\MotionBuilder 2010\bin\config\Keyboard

Windows VISTA
C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Autodesk\MB2010\config\Keyboard

Lee
