Hey, I’m having problems with maya 64bits in win7 with a radeon x1950 pro. After a few minutes of modelling the perspective viewport gets light grey (instead of blueish) and all kind of things disappear. The other viewports works great. Does anyone have any idea of what the issue can be?
When I hover the view cube it goes back to normal, but as soon as I hover a vertex and it gets highlighted, everything disappears.
See attached screenshots.

I have the exact same problem. Same video card as well. I’m running Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

That videocard is not qualified by Autodesk to run Maya at this time.
You ‘might’ be able to alleviate some issues by experimenting with different graphics drivers and/or disabling/enabling Aero in Win7.
