I presume this is the correct forum for 123D. I took 10 pictures of my wife, moving around her at about the same distance for 360 degrees. I uploaded the photos in Catch, but got an error message that it was unable to create the scene because 3d information couldn’t be extracted from the images. What do I have to do to get Catch to get the 3d information?
Thanks.

PS: it said that I should try capturing overlapping images which doesn’t seem to make sense.

Watch the videos on shooting guidelines to find out how to best take the pictures.
If shooting a live subject, make certain thay stay absoluteley still, the slightest movement with throw the whole thing off. An inanimate object may be a better subject for a first project, or at least it takes the possibility of movement out of the equation. 10 photos is maybe not enough for a complex form such as a person, was you shooting just the face or full body?
There is a thread here about modeling a human, though it’s about using Image Modeler, it does mention using Project Photo Fly, the previous name for 123D Catch.

There seems to be a problem with the link to the other thread. You can see the thread in this forum, called “Imagemodeler to model human body “.
