Working angle distance tool?

Does anyone know of a working angle finding tool for xsi? i have to model all these gears at work and without knowing certain angles its a nightmare trying to get them to work. i still cant understand why xsi has no measurement/angle tools either.

Thats another thing, anyone know of a nice distance tool as well?
