Digital asset management software almost free?
Hello guys...


i´m seeking for a "Digital asset management software" like Alienbrain, in a inexpensive form,
or free software.

* need be focused for digital content creation like AlienBrain.
* need be free or cheap.

any ideas?

Although not focused for content creation, version control software such as SVN works pretty well.

Or you might want to browse around sourceforge, they have a few floating around.
Can't say that I've really evaluated any of them tho so i cannot give you any more advice than that.

Have you checked out Project Overlord? Its pretty reasonable price wise - I think its $70 per client. I tested it in beta and was very impressed with its functionality. Havent tried the final version tho as we ended up developing our own in-house setup.

I have final version and works great.

Have you checked out Project Overlord? Its pretty reasonable price wise - I think its $70 per client. I tested it in beta and was very impressed with its functionality. Havent tried the final version tho as we ended up developing our own in-house setup.
