In XSI 6.5, I know that we can create avi file from rendered sequence.
Is there any way that we can have the audio rendered or captured in the avi as well? Thanks!

you can do that quickly with VirtualDub. Itīs a free standalone app and very useful!

You can also load your image sequence into XSI's flipbook and export it as an avi with any sound you like. (there is an option to pick a wav file in the export dialog box)

Thanks for the replies.
I was looking at the Flipbook Export command, but I guess there is no way to script that? as I want to play with the time control and take part of the audio clip as the sound track for the animation rendered.

I basically want to produce something like the Capture Viewport functionality using Hardware Renderer for speed improvement. Including the Audio Track into the avi created is the only obstacle I have right now. It would be great if I can get any suggestions.
