Foundation licence ?

Hi again,

Since I installed XSI Foundation I often get Licences error ?

eg. when starting my computer, I just browse email etc and sometimes an xsi licence error popup...so at this point I don't start XSI or anything...

When starting XSI, of course my licence is broken and I must to reinstall the licence, even if I have the key file saved on my computer.

I heard many peoples get this kind of error and never found a solution.

Does anyone have some solutions to help with this issue ? I consider that's a HUGE and unproductive issue to be urgently fixed !

What version of SPM are you using, and what licensing?

In the License Manager, click Help > About. What is the "Build" number for spm_keyib.exe?

In the License Manager, click Edit Config File. What is the value of DONGLE_TYPE?

That's unusual.
This is the first time I've ever heard of problems like this with SLP.

Can you send me your SPM server log (C:\spm\spm.log)
Send it to support at softimage dot com.

Ok so now I re activated, I'm must waiting until next licence broken ?

No, the SPM server log will show all activity, including your past problems.
Unless you backed up and reset the log, in which case you could send me one of the backup files.

Oups When I said I re activated, I restored with Acronis back tools and of course lost the log ! But be sure I will send you next licence broken log !

I just startup my computer do some webpage browse and badaboum I get window with SPM crashing...
