I purchased foundation for windows, but I've recently changed
over to Linux, and want to get softimage running on linux.

I'm running Ubuntu 7.10 with 2.6+ kernel. BTW, played all the way through half life 2 under wine in Ubuntu, it's not bad.. I was thinking about trying to get softimage to run on Wine, but thought, they might have a version of softimage for linux.

BTW, I talked to developers of Ubuntu, and they said that there will be better support for the Wacom tablets in the next release. I have an Intuos, goody can't wait..

A Foundation Windows license won't work on Linux

The Linux version of Foundation is available from softimage.com at http://softimage.com/downloads/XSI_Foundation/default.aspx
