I'm new to 3d model building and I'm in my second month of using XSI. So far I've created a few things and this is my third model. I've also done a fair few tutorials including giant 551's tutorial which I saw on milimesh, and may I say is amazing, and I figured it was time to create something of my own.

It's a lower poly King Tiger German tank, destined for BF2 or crysis if I have my way. Unfortunately I haven't really firgured out many of the render options so if someone wants to tell me how to render wireframes or show me a good tutorial feel free :).

I am glad you liked the tutorial. As for wireframes its a pain in XSI. There is a couple of ways of doing it, one by putting a toon ink shader on the camera. But to be honest i could never get it to work without rendering tri's everywhere.

There is also a plugin somewhere which also does wireframe's but i can't remember what its called. And if i remember rightly i got a bit dazed and confused with that as well LOL

The way i do it is by combining renders in photoshop, Much easier and much quicker than messing around with render options IMHO. And you can get some really nice results.

Ive done a quick video showing how

I think this should help, although I have to say that I don't think you get as nice results as those that giant551 was getting.
