its driving me crazy since a while and i think this behavior was different. though i dont know why i find out now.

the animation explorer which controls the AE and the dopesheet doesnt display tracks like pivot animations or constrain blendings.
and i cant convince him to do so. the only solution i have right now is to put these tracks in the keying panel. then they come up.
i tried all kind of possible and impossible combinations of the filter/display settings of the explorer and i cant get rid of the feeling that there is something odd going on.

when i set no filter, local properties, animated parameters only and all nodes i get nothing!
just the text all items are hidden due a filter. how is that? should t i have all the animated parts of the objects listed now?

even when i have no animated parameters only checked, its empty. i wonder why, it should list all the object tree.... sigh....

I got the pivot to show up; You should take a look at the XSI reference for animation editor tree, theres more info there, but you want to animated parameters only and selected parameters only on. Also press the synchronize button if that doesn't work.

* If you right click on the Animation Icon in the (Crtl K) Local Tranform Property Panel of the object you should get the Curve to show up.

let me know if this does the trick.

its not working here. i use adv. 6.5, your editor preferences look different then mine here. my list is much shorter.

please check the attached pictures. especially the second is very wired. shouldn't it show me the list like in your pic? the whole tree, animated or not? i get nothing :/
