Great done model, ......... but what else (then professional quality model ) we can expect from you. Im missing some details. For now it looks too like plastic. But its still WIP and you use Blinn with AO shader for now, right?

yes that the idea behind it .. this is also reinforced trough the choice of camera angle

part is exported maya paint effect .. part is done by hand

woooo.... love it! I'm glad to see that you like my rig, Christophe. My favorite poses are top row, third from left and the bottom left. Those two are great!

@everyone else, hope you like my rig (when it's released). I put a lot of work into it and tried to make it as simple/easy as posible.

Looks great. I'm not too familiar with XSI's cell shading abilities, but your renders looks better than expected.

""I'm not too familiar with XSI's cell shading abilities, but your renders looks better than expected.""

thx ..
actually the render could look way way way better than that .. just that i am too lazy
it was just a 5 mn toying around to render the pose

if you are interested into cel shading in xsi ..look around i did release a free 40 mn introduction to cell shader in xsi

I might do that out of curiosity and of cause to get deeper knowledge about XSI - but I rarely use cell shading though. I like the style, but I mostly do regular/realistic renders, however I may have something coming up, where cell shading could prove to be very useful.
