Composting Tutorials

Hey guys,

i was wondering if there is a really good tutorial that I can view online for compositing all my rendered passes from XSI in softwares such as PS, AE, Combustion or even xsi itself?
I just started getting the hang of doing renders to passes and it just doesn't look right when i go to composite.

Any help would be appreciated.
