How can I achieve something like this in XSI ?

Select the keys you want and use the scale tool. It should do what you want.

but where is the Scale tool in the F-Curve Editor?

Are you talking about the Stretch Keys (B) tool ?

If so, it wouldn't work if the keyframes are all on the same frame (as you see in the pic)

If they are slightly offseted yes it would scale

but not in this case.

any ideas ?

first, stretch tool is working for me. 2) there is a transform and scale option. Right click somewhere on the empty menübar space and activate transform.

Sy = scale in y

Probably i didn't explain it clear....
I am trying to stretch them in X
Spreading Keyframes between 90 & 100
My keyframes are all on the same frame like this....
