hair toolbar problem

hi, I'm new to xsi and this site
I use the free XSI Mod Tool 6 version and i can't use the hair tool.. Is that normal? When i try to click on one of the buttons it doesn't work
I hope I'm in the right forum to ask this

U can see on the pic u cant click on the buttons under the hair tool, they are locked or something:

Hair is not available in the ModTool, that's why the buttons are disabled.

For me still the same problem persist, I tried admins reply, but still i m stick with that problem, plz help :)

What edition and version of XSI do you have?
Foundation, ModTool, and Essentials 6.02 and earlier do not include Hair.
