its almost done, but im going to change some details like shoes, staff, pipe etc

As other has said more details for the face. Also, the cloth and the sues are too clean, maybe add a patch for the cloth or something.
Anyway, it looks great!

Lovely style. My only crit would be that you should pose or light the pipe a little clearer. the stem shape kind of drowns in the beard flow.
