do you modeled in T position or in pose ?

Thank you.. this is the initial T pose of an earlier phase of the model. I used a combination of ik chains and lattices for the pose..

DonaldX, i guess i won't rig him for animation (at least for now), he was supposed to be a static figure only.. but i've put him in ZB to give him some miniature style materials..
