Chris Gardner wrote cgBreakdown which creates breakdown keys, based on a percentage of the previous and next keyframes. Based on Justin Barrett's TweenMachine (a thing of beauty and a joy forever) for Maya . Very useful for blocking in stepped mode.

This is great, thx. Got it from XSIBase before and had a go with it.

Dunno if Chris will read this thread, but it would be nice to have the Maya functionality, where you can import the Character Set into the tweening tool, instead of having to select anything. Just a suggestion.

hey ooops,

glad you like. i *think* it respects whatever keying mode you use (trying to remember the nitty gritty of how i coded it), so theoretically it should be able to use key sets and whatnot. will have to check...
