Problem to install XSI on AVID DS NITRIS

Hi

Some days ago I tried to install XSI on a AVID DS NITRIS system.
XSI works fine after the install, the problem is that Nitris doesent work anymore. Anyone else got the same problem?
I think that XSI writes over important files that Nitris needs. I uninstalled XSI and reinstalled Nitris. Then Nitris worked fine again. But it was a little bit scary experience.

Anyone know how to go around this problem?, it would be nice to have both XSI and Nitris on the same computer.

The last time a customer had this kind of problem, it was because the DS storage was set up in a non-standard way. A DS support engineer worked with the customer to resolve the problem.

Thank you, I have forwarded the information to the Staff at Avid here in Sweden, that installed our DS System. Hopefully this will work out fine.
