Need help

I just downloaded the Free mod tool. XSI 6. everything seemed to download fine. I finished and started the program. It starts to open. I can see the entire tool, but in the center is a message "Failed to save scene before system failure" I select OK and it give the MS Send/Dont send report error report and closes. Any ideals . I am on XP an seem to have plenty of free space , so i dont thinks its low memory.

any help would be appriciated
