If you're like most game modders who can't afford to buy the Pro version of SketchUp but you prefer to do your modeling in the free SketchUp, you can download an xml export plugin from HERE (http://www.kerkythea.net/joomla/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=42&func=select&id=7) which you can install into SketchUp, with this plugin installed you can export models with their UVs to xml model format.
Then you can import the xml file and convert it in a program such as 3D Object Converter (http://web.t-online.hu/karpo/), it costs $50US or 40EURO to register this program in order to save/convert, but it's functionality far outweighs the price, it currently supports 502 file types.
You can import your xml files with textures into 3DOC(registered) and save as wavefront obj or one of the other fietypes that XSI can import, then put the finishing touches on the model and export to your game.

I found another ((Free)) way!
In Sketchup: Goto -> File -> Export Model -> 3D Model
Save it as Google Earth 4 model *.kmz (not sure if regular GE model will also work)
Then change the file to a *.zip file. Open zip and extract contents. one of the folders is a .dae and can be imported into XSI Modtool.
I am having some trouble exporting from XSI, not sure if it is because of the Cryexpoter, Vista or what.
With the all the models in the Sketchup Warehouse, it could be easy to create really cool urban maps (like the London one), I think.
I am a total noob at this myself.
