Toggle AutoKey

Can anyone help me with a custom command to Toggle AutoKey in the Animation Toolbar.

there's a "toggle autokey" in the keymap
file>keyboard mapping
group is XSI, command is "Toggle Autokey"
assign a shortcut to it.

Speaking of autokeys...
I've run into certain problems where I would create tools which were intended to be keyed in a very specific way with some care. But some animators who prefer to animate with autokey naturally ignore the "care" part. What I'm wondering if there is (or perhaps could be implemented in the future) a property flag on a parameter object that would have it ignored by the autokey forcing the animator to pay attention to it.
