6.5 Upgrade to 7

Hey guys

I buyed my XSI 6.5 Academic at July 25th this year.
I saw that all 6.5 versions buyed after july 1st would be upgraded free to 7.

But HOW do I upgrade? I can't simply start XSI 7 with my actual license...

DENIED no such version 7.0 license from SOFTIMAGE it says.


Help would be nice.

Did you try Get License in the License Manager?
If that does not get your 7.0 license, then the license is not available yet.

If you don't get your 7.0 license, the go to the customer portal and fill in the 'Where is my license' form.

This will send a note to the licensing team with the necessary information to help move things along with your account.


You can get a Trial license by clicking Tools > Get Trial License in the License Manager.

What is my Purchase Order Number? is it the Item Code?


EDIT: Oh my order date is 16.07.2008 11:24:00 but the license became active on july 25th
