I'm done with the model and I have rigged it. Now i'm trying out the animation part. I have added the Biped and the Polymesh in to a model (selecting both and creating a new model).

Then to test out and have a basic pose to which I can return any time I rearranged the model. Now in the Explorer I select my model (middle mouse button) and press Store > Transformations - Current Values. Then a window pops up and I rename it and press OK.

To test out if this worked correctly I rearrenge few things like an arm or a leg then go to the Explorer again and select the Animation and Press under Action "Apply > Action". But it doesn't go back to the pre-arranged setting?

This is how the tutorial said it should work but the tutorial was using some older version of XSI (I have XSI 6.5) andI can't contact the person who made it so I hope anyone here can help :)

Here is an image of my explorer and the model:

The problem is that you have a Model inside an other model. I don't know anything about the ValveBiped but usualy, there should be only one Model and the mesh should be under that model.

Anyway, if you realy have to set it up that way (a model inside an other one), when you store your action, select the ValveBiped instead. The action will be stored under that model and you should be able to apply it.
