seperate command

Hi,

Is there a tool in XSI which will seperate the non contiguous parts of a single mesh item. I know that I can do this in Maya but the best I've been able to do in XSI so far is select the faces and use the extract tool.

Also, does anybody know of a spin quads script - the only one I can find anything about comes with a mindthink tools and I don't even know if that's available anymore.
