Hi everyone,
this is a proposal for a bookcover, something like Indiana Jones ,
the ground should be covered with vases, dark background
...here this is the result...
I didnīt model the statues in the background, I took it from a
collection, there is still a lot to do, but I was short in time...
please feel free to comment...thanks

i think the variation of texture and shatter is needed to be added in an artistic level..
but of course on the vases ..!!
but a good lighting (i think need a bit volumetric fog and dust...)
and a good light bounce up too the roof and curtains ..!!

I don't like the sacks, maybe pile them on top of each other, everything else is looking great.

i thought at first it seams like lots of skulls [is it just me?]
wouldn't be a good idea to put one or some at a first plane?

also the statues now are barely visible.
i liked the lighting, and preferred the warm colors =)

I think they are actually vases. My only real critisism is that the vases seem to disappear under the floor place instead of being randomly broken and smashed.

As far as I can see they are also all facing downwards.

I do love the mood you have created though. Keep posting updates when you can.

The lighting in the second image is better but I prefer the warmer colour in the first.
It's hard to figure out what is on the floor, so maybe put 1 or 2 unbroken vases in the front or even put a broken one sitting up right so the viewer knows what they are looking at.

its a very good start and i would second the suggestion of my predecessor and add one idea and that is depth blur... something in there needs to be out of focus... :)
