License doesn't work *despaired*

Hello.

I buyed the XSI Academic version and last wednesday i got an E-Mail from Softimage, which said:
"Your order has been submitted and is being processed. This process should take between 2 to 5 business days. A temporary license has been issued for you to start using the software immediately. The temporary license is only valid for 30 days. If you have not received your permanent license by then, please contact us immediately"

well and there is a description:
"Obtaining a Temporary License
- Start the License Manager (click Start > All Programs > Softimage Products > License Manager).
- Click Get License.
- Click Assign License.
- Enter your softimage.com user name and password, which are:

User name : *
Password : *

- Click Update.
- Under Unassigned Licenses, click the check box beside your temporary license.
- In the Dongle ID list, click the system ID to which you want to assign the license (don't worry, you don't need a dongle for this step).
- Click Assign and then click Done."

I did ALL the steps Word by Word and wrote "SLP" in my config file. But the box above the dongle ID is E M P T Y there is NOTHING selectable!
Well a trial was already running on my PC, but I dont think that is the cause of all this.

I already uninstalled ALL XSI products even the ModTool and reinstalled.
I buyed from Germany an I don't reach the support tele and my E-mail to license@softimage.com is still unreplied...

well, where exactly? can't find anything in the customer portal and well as I said my e-mail is still unreplied. sent last week on.... friday i think.
