My first reaction is that you need to make the scene brighter so that you can see, particularly the turtle,is this toon shaded? If so, I think you can turn on the background only toggle to have a white background. Also with the Toon Ink Lens you can adjust the "spread" of the line, or I think whats also called the line quality.. essentially the thickness, because on the turtles chest there is a break in the line. I think you need to put some gloss on the blades of the shredder also because they look flat and not sharp.

looks pretty good although April is not as detailed as the turtle. For instance the bandanna on ?Leonardo? is nice but April's hair needs some styling.

just off the top of my head,
not that experienced but I can see,

I actually did go back and style the hair. the first one was too super subdivided and it looked ...'tube-y' for lack of a better word. I think this looks a tad smoother than the old one did, although the old one looked a bit better when rendered.

They all have Toon Ink applied, but not toon paint. I never really bothered much with the toon ink settings other than to turn it down from 2 to about .7...

the techno-drome looks good and I can see that it looks like your using a ?phong? shader although I can see some polygons showing through, it seems as though you've used a pretty low poly sphere... unless this is the way the techno-drome looks, I don't know although I did do a quick search and didn't find any images.

Splinter looks good but again not as good as leonardo. are you going to use cloth to animate the robe?

hey, sorry I don't have the opportunity to critique right now but I found this (http://www.3dtotal.com/ffa/tutorials/max/joanofarc/joanmenu.asp) which you might be interested in. I think it's in MAX but the story is the same.

will feedback later...

the android looks good. I wonder, is this a single mesh with separate materials?

the turtle looks good and I think its an improvement to have a white background so that its easier to see.
