Is any way to mirror actions?

for example i did a static pose for a right hand in a fist form.
can i mirror that action but for a left hand instead posing the left hand with the same values of the right hand and create the action.

same for Fcurves? example i save a Left eye blink.
can i mirror it to do a Right eye blink?
