Can ModTool and Foundation live together?

I have XSI Foundation 5.11 installed on my computer and, since I will start experiencing with some game tools, I am planning on installing the ModTool on the same computer.

Can both versions live together "in peace" on the same machine? Or will I experience some problems? Anyone here have tried that?

I have both Foundation 5.11 and XSI 6 Mod Tool installed on my PC and I have not encountered any conflicts, so yes, they do live in peace.
