Shapes Driven by Weight Value?

Does anyone know how to connect a weightmap to a shape so that the shape is only applied to areas defined by the weightmap?

easy to do.

Do a shape key
Do a weight map

then select shape key under the clusters - go under Animate/Shape/ Modulate Shape Key with Weight Map and click at the weight map in your explorer.
