QWERTY and Alt nav and temp. Pivot Point

Does anyone know what to do to set it up, normally is alt left clik, but I have alt navigation turned on... :(

It's the D key.

You can tell such info for yourself by opening up the Keyboard Mapping dialog box and selecting a tool or editor under Group (in this case, Transform Tool).
