Problems registering Dlls in XSI Mod Tool instalation

I have tried to install the XSI Mod Tool about 7 times now, and every time it gets stuck on the part where it says:

Please wait while setup is registering Dlls...

I have waited at least one hour every time, now I've been waiting 4 hours. The same thing happened one my old computer, and I gave up. But I won't this time, I would really appreciate some help on this.

Try using Process Monitor (http://softimage.wiki.avid.com/index.php/Troubleshooting_with_Process_Monitor) to see what is happening.
