I installed them on 64 bit 6.5 essentials no problem.
Tiny thickness is mostly grayed out. What's the registration thing? Maybe this is the reason. Where do I register?
XSI crashes on curve extrude and it's not letting me pick the curve.

you shouldn't need to register. I'll check this all out but have you fully removed any previous versions?

I had some issues with greyed out thickness when people hadn't fully removed older, licensed versions, otherwise there is no license code in there so it shouldn't grey. Can you double check for older versions. Can you also check the history pane for any errors and post them here if you find them. Extrude seems to be working here on both 32 and 64 bit.

I installed the tools on my PC at work and there is still the registration thing. It is a fresh install (system, XSI, etc).
