Are you sure it's not just a pre-multiply issue?

The Rank filter erodes the border of the image, it's not so much a solution but rather a hack.
black fringes are premultiplication issues. If you have alpha masks and invert them and re-combined them, you need to unpremultiply everything because the alpha fringes are encoded as well in the RGB of the image. AfterFx avoids the complication by forcing unpremutiplication on everything at the start, and hiding the details later. Exact what is wrong here would require seeing the tree.

I can't say with certainty where the problem is, however I suspect the problem is in the left branch of the "Over2", in the combination of the In_Font_Main and its ambiant occlusion.
One rule of the tumb is that all image combination like Math Composite break with premultipication.
Let's say you have an RGBA image. The RGB pixels have been multipled by the alpha, so they go toward black at the border of the image.
If you multiply or substract two premultiplied, RGBA images together, the border around the image will be incorrect, it will be darker than it should be. The images need to be un-premultipled before combining them that way.
Only the Over node doesn't require unpremultiplication.
Btw, where did you get all those nices icons in the toolbar below the fxtree and on top of of the left monitor?

thank you luceric for the info ... (i will give it a try) .
Btw, where did you get all those nices icons in the toolbar below the fxtree and on top of of the left monitor?i made it by myself to speed up my workflow ....
the toolbar below the fx tree is the same icons that exist in fusion .. i do some work in fusion some time , so i want to match the same graphic node .
and about the main shelf .. i made most of the icons in xsi and photoshop .
there are a lot of script and customization in this shelf .. it's great time saver and tested in production everyday .. i plane to make it ( public addon ) when i'm finish the rest of the buttons .

I was going to say that you should just release it because every time you post an image of your UI, someone comments on that thing :)
