License activation problem

I have buyed XSI Foundation and Poser Pro Bundle from Content Paradise and their customer service have send me the Softimage Activation Code
When I ty to activate the XSI license an error will displayed : " No definition specification to generate license for this registration code.Please report this issue licnese to license@softimage.com"
What's the problem ?
