Now what have I done?

The property editor is no longer showing up the first time I choose any command, such as get primitive polygon mesh cube. If I select the cube and press return, the editor shows up.

The problem is system wide. For example if I try to Split Edges with split control, the requester window doesn't show up, but I can call up the requester from the construction history.

Nevermind. I found the answer on XSI Base:

file>preferences>interaction>property editors/views tab> check pop up property editor on node creation

Don't know why the setting would have changed. I've never messed with the preferences.

Its the XSI ghost. It can also turn off your undo's without warning.

Is there a good reference to the preferences editor?

XSI could really use a good reference Bible. All the printed documentation I've found thus far is very basic or superficial.
