Hi,
here's what's new in this version:
Transfer cameras from Maya to XSI and achieve seamless compositing of the rendered output from both applications.
Support for 3dsMax 8.0 and Maya 7.0 is back.
Includes a doc update.http://www.softimage.com/downloads/Crosswalk/default.aspx
enjoy!

Any word on when Max2009 will be supported? I'm sure there are lots of fume users out there that will need this.
Here's another: any word on when any version of Max 64bit will be supported? Our company is looking to implement XSI in our pipeline, but this is holding us back.

I can’t give a specific date but I can insure you that both Max 64 bit and Max 2009 support are high on our priority.

along with support for the new 3dsmax versions, will we be getting a camera support like the above mentioned?
we animate in xsi and render in 3dsmax and we have had to write our own but it is limited when pushing camera updates back into 3dsmax. i hope we can see camera support that also allows for matched rendered output.

Unfortunetly, no, we did not port the FBX plugin to Linux yet.
Hi Luc
Thanks for the reply.
So Is Softimage planning to support fbx on linux in the future?
