30 day Trial ... not fpr me :(

Hi,
I registered myself for an 30 day trial version,
I've got an email with a user activation key, i activate it and got the message "Your account is now active." but every time I login on http://www.softimage.com/login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fcustomerportal%2fDefault.a spx
I've got the message that I am not activated jet ..
Did i missedsomething?
