Looping animation and transparency

How do I do an animation of the fabric so that first and the last frames are same. I want to use this animation in loop. Lets say I want to do a flag in the wind.
Oh yeah and how do I put transparency on the background?

To loop you animation , select the curves in the animation editor and do : Curve - Cycle

I'm not quite sure what you mean by put transparency on the background. But if you want to composite your image, render a format that uses an alpha channel. (Like PIC, SGI, TGA, etc...)
