roll light

I would like to roll a spot light which is projecting an image. My first thought would be to
use the roll under the direction contraint just like I would with a camera roll, however this doesn't work and neither does rotating the spotlight.

edit: found it under the fast_light_effects tab, silly me, knew it had to be somewhere.
