Thanks, I used polygonal modeling with poly by poly technique but i love Box modeling.

Congratulations, nice model.
I have a few notes on this. First, the car still 'flying' on the floor. I think you still can boost shadow with occlusion, particularly around the tires.
Also, antialias setup is too low, as well as FG.

Yes! yayas really knows his stuff! Hey Andreas, it's me :P
Well, I envy you, because I wanted to model this car in Maya, but had some pretty bad experiences, so I kinda gave it up and started doing other things. Now that I am finally beginning to learn XSI, maybe I will have better luck. I will post it here if I am able to make it at least as good as yours.
I won't criticise, since I know so little myself. Lovely lovely model.

This is definitely better,
Could you push the shadow/occlusion a bit more?
And care to share aliasing setting? still look jagged, though its smoother than the previous one.
For a start, Aliasing level: 0 - 2 | contrast: 0.1 | Mitchell - size 4, is usually adequate for common scene.
For shadow setup, this is a very good reference from EternalArt:
