Thanks for this. I viewed the 25 minute minute tutorial and it was fantastic. Now character animation really hasn't been my interest up to now but having viewed this preview, i'm going to go ahead and purchase the DVD. Thanks again.

Just wanted to say having watched the first few hours of Manny's new DVD that it's excellent stuff. I'll post my full thoughts when I've made my way through it - but that might take a little while because it's an absolute gold mine of information. The important bit is: so far, so excellent! :-)

I have just completed watching the 3d Mastermind DVD and I agree that it's excellent value for money.
I have some experience in rigging in other packages, and this series of tutorials was very well balanced with both simple examples and follows through into more advanced ideas as well.
Despite not really having used XSI before, I found it very easy to follow his process, as he explains every step he takes.

If you are looking for a good rigging DVD, Id say this is really worthwhile getting hold of.

Manny did an excellent job on these tutorials, I have gotten a lot of tutorials for XSI over the years, and I really think these are really top notch. I really hope he decides to produce more:)

yeah, it's recommendable. Everything he does goes with an explanation, and he never forgets to show how to get from A to B, yet he still manages to keep it fast-paced, covering both basic and advanced stuff as he goes along. I'm still in the first few chapters, and already I've learned a lot.

I recently purchased manny's DVD, and it's just awesome, way ahead of the competition, he does not rush things unlike other tutorials, and his explanations are clear and easy to follow, i highly recommend this DVD to anyone interested in learning rigging, it's a bomb of information, soo naturally i want more training from him, lol.
