Frame/Time Stamp

I'm new to XSI (CgChallenger) and coming from Blender.

Where the HECK is the frame and/or time stamp?

I would love a rendertime also, but I absolutely need the frame number and/or time stamp.

How do you guys track the time a shot takes then?

The only way I know to stamp the frame count is during a viewport capture.
Visibility options (Shift+ s) - stats - show current time
