hi i accidently made the beginnings of this render while i was building some realtime stuff, if i had wheels ready at this point and a better icelike normal map it could have been so much better

it's not a hard one, generate an AO map , in that case with ultimapper from the hi-poly model.
link the AO map to the reflection input on the phong shader, all the bright patches reflect near 100%, the noisy crevices of the model reflect far less giving that semi subsurface sacttering look.
link the normal map you were making for the model wrong, doubleclick the image node for your normal texture and setthe advanced setting for recursions to 10 or less for noisy normal maps.
essentially it's a regular phoing shader for games stuff with the texture assignments messed up because i wasn't paying attention.
